Returns Policy on “Originals – To Order” and “In-Stock artwork”

Each Art TimelessBrush offers is hand-painted, and there will be slight variations in each piece of art, such as brush strokes and colouring. Most differences are not noticeable, and the paintings are 99% alike. If you receive your painting and you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days. You can request a hand-picked replacement or in-store credit.

Returns Policy on “Reproductions”

Reproductions are created to your exact specifications. After the painting is completed, we send you photographic proofs for review. You can request unlimited revisions until you approve the final result. This is a bespoke service. If the artwork arrives in good condition, refunds are not available. We ship only after you approve the proofs.

Damaged Paintings

If your artwork is lost or damaged during transit, we will exchange it. Keep all packaging and the artwork exactly as delivered. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. For weekend deliveries, you can leave a voicemail or email hello@timelessbrush.com

Return Authorization

All returns require authorization. Items returned without authorization do not qualify for a refund.
